Inside Dhaka, 1 to 3 days. Outside Dhaka, 3 to 5 days. Express next-day delivery is available inside Dhaka.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, everywhere in Bangladesh. You pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives.
Which online payments do you accept?
bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa, Mastercard and net banking through SSLCommerz.
How much is shipping?
Inside Dhaka ৳70, outside Dhaka ৳130, express ৳160. Standard shipping is free on orders of ৳1,000 or more.
How do pre-orders work?
Reserve an item before it arrives. Pay online now or choose cash on delivery and pay when it lands. If the release date changes we email you, and you can cancel for a full refund until it ships.
Are your products official?
Items with the Licensed badge are official products from the named manufacturer. Items without it are clearly labelled as fan-made designs.
Can I return an item?
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, tell us within 7 days and we will replace or refund it.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track an order page with your order number and the email or phone you used at checkout, or check Orders in your account.
